“I learned very early the difference between knowing the name of something and knowing something.” ― Richard P. Feynman
Surely, physics is fun but… it is hard! It is hard to imagine how an electron revolves (even revolve is not a correct term!) around nucleus. We, as IC designers, know names of concepts but not have much depth into device physics. We hope to provide some depth through this series of posts. The goal is to keep things concise and insightful while serving as a refresher on device physics fundamentals.
